UICA Participates in Sahara Organization Fundraising Dinner
On September 20th, 2025 staff from the United Islamic Center of Arizona (UICA) attended a fundraising dinner hosted by the Sahara, an organization dedicated to serving the underserved in Arizona and beyond. The organization provides free medical care, life skills training, educational programs, and safe shelter directly to those in need.
Imam Didmar Faja led the fundraising effort and the event was attended by over 500 guests.
We are proud to see the Muslim community actively supporting initiatives that reflect the core values of Islam, including charity, service, and compassion for others.
