Help Syrian Refugees in Arizona
Syrian refugees migrated to Arizona and other places to live a better life, escaping the oppression in their home country. In the last three years many of them settled in Arizona. United Islamic Center of Arizona is committed to help the Syrian refugees by providing for them a place where they can receive not only Islamic education, but also other social services. Among the services we are planning to offer at UICA is translation services, helping them with finding the right place to live, mentoring, employment workshop, teaching workshop, financial workshop, assisting in filling applications and writing documents. We ask that you partner with us in helping them through this difficult time by donating for this project.
What we are currently offering for free?
- Connecting refugees with local employers
- Islamic studies classes
- Arabic Classes
- Memorizing of The Quran Classes
- Financial Help (we have raised over $20,000 for the refugees family who were in need on Ramadan)
- Mentoring
- Food Drive

Your donation is tax deductible because UICA is a non-profit organization, registered in the state of Arizona. We are also Zakat eligible! You can donate $25, $50, $100, $200 or more so we can pay qualified individuals to handle these tasks for refugees.
